  • (2 Tbsp.) unsalted butter
  • (2 Tbsp.) brown sugar
  • (1/4 tsp.) kosher salt
  • (1 tsp.) water
  • (7 cups) air-popped popcorn
  • (1 oz.) lightly salted peanuts

Guilt-Free Caramel Corn

Popcorn tossed in warm homemade caramel and salted peanuts.

  1. 1 Place a large saucepan over low heat. Add butter. When melted, whisk in brown sugar, salt and water until combined. Add popcorn and peanuts, toss to coat. Cool on parchment paper and enjoy!
