Ingredients:
  • (1 1/2 cups) cantaloupe chunks
  • (1 Tbsp.) orange juice
  • (1 1/2 cups) honeydew melon chunks
  • (1 Tbsp.) thawed limeade concentrate
  • (2) mint leaves

Two-Tone Melon Popsicles

A delicious combination of cantaloupe, orange, melon and lime in a fun two-toned popsicle.

About 10 minutes (plus 1 hr freezing)

    Instructions

  1. 1Process cantaloupe chunks and orange juice in a blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, until they are half full. Freeze 30 minutes. Rinse blender.

  2. 2Meanwhile, process melon chunks, limeade and mint in blender until smooth. Pour on top of cantaloupe layer, cover and freeze until firm. Enjoy!
