Chicken Stir-Fry Egg Rolls
Crispy egg rolls stuffed with stir-fry vegetables, shredded chicken and Asian flavored spices.

Instructions
1Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2Mix together broccoli, chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ground ginger in a small bowl.
3Top each wrapper with 1/4 cup mixture. Fold in bottom corner and sides, brush water on the remaining corner and tightly roll up. Place on a baking sheet, seam side down.
4Spray with cooking spray and bake 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
