Skinny Deviled Eggs

  • (8) eggs, hard-boiled
  • (8 oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
  • (1 Tbsp.) sweet pickle relish, drained
  • (1 Tbsp.) country-style Dijon mustard
  • (1/8 tsp.) salt
  • (1/8 Tbsp.) white pepper
  • Paprika

Skinny Deviled Eggs

A flavorful version of classic deviled eggs without all the fat.

  1. 1Slice each egg in half lengthwise, then remove the yolk and set aside in a separate bowl.
  2. 2Add yogurt, relish, mustard, salt and pepper to the yolks and mash them all together.
  3. 3Spoon the mixture into a resealable freezer bag and squish it to one corner. Cut off the end, twist the top and squeeze the mixture into each egg white half. Sprinkle paprika on top.

  4. 4Cover and chill for 1 hour, serve.
