Ingredients:
  • (1 1/2 Tbsp.) chili powder
  • (1 1/2 tsp.) ground cumin
  • (1 tsp.) ground coriander
  • (1 tsp.) paprika
  • (1 tsp.) brown sugar
  • (1/4 tsp.) garlic powder
  • (2 cups) pecan halves
  • (1 1/2 Tbsp.) Worcestershire sauce
  • (1/2 tsp.) salt

Spiced Baked Pecans

Toasted pecans coated in a spicy and sweet spice mixture.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 275°F. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
  2. 2In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, brown sugar and garlic powder. Add pecans and Worcestershire sauce, toss to combine. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  3. 3Bake 35 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. Add salt, toss and serve when cool.
