Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
2In a large bowl, combine flours, baking soda and salt, set aside.
3Use an electric mixer to cream together butter and sugar, about 3 minutes. Add egg and applesauce, beat until combined, about 2 more minutes. Add bananas, gently fold to
combine.
4Add 1/2 cup flour mixture at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour batter into greased pan.
5Bake 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
