(1 cup) cider vinegar
(1 cup) white vinegar
(1 cup) light brown sugar

(1 tsp.) dill seed

Sweet and Sour Pickles
Pickling cucumbers tossed in a warm sweet and sour sauce.

Instructions
1Set a colander in the sink, add cucumbers and salt, toss to combine. Let sit 20 minutes.
2Place a medium saucepan over high heat. Add vinegars, brown sugar, onion, garlic, dill and mustard seed. Stir to combine and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
3Rinse cucumbers and put into a microwave safe bowl. Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers and toss. Cover and refrigerate at least 10 minutes. Enjoy for up to 10 days!
