Ingredients:
  • (1 Tbsp.) margarine or butter
  • (1 lb.) radishes, trimmed and sliced
  • (1 Tbsp.) fresh dill, chopped

Buttered Dill Radishes

Sliced radishes sauteed in butter then tossed with fresh dill.

    Instructions

  1. 1Place a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add margarine. When melted, add radishes, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Cook 14-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. 2Take off the heat, add dill. Toss and serve.
