Ingredients:
  • (1) egg white
  • (1 Tbsp.) water
  • (2 cups) mixed plain nuts (pecans, walnuts, and almonds)
  • (2 Tbsp.) Splenda
  • (2 tsp.) ground cinnamon
  • (1/2 tsp.) pure vanilla extract

Cinnamon Vanilla Mixed Nuts

Toasted mixed nuts tossed with sweet Splenda and cinnamon.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, beat together egg white and water. Toss in nuts, pour onto baking sheet.
  3. 3In a small bowl, mix together Splenda and cinnamon. Sprinkle over nuts along with vanilla extract, toss again.
  4. 4Bake 25-30 minutes, shaking pan occasionally. Enjoy!
