Garlic Lime Plantains
Fresh plantain slices sauteed until crispy then finished with garlic and a squeeze of lime juice.

Instructions
1Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp. oil. When hot, add plantain and cook 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Set aside on a plate or cutting board.
2Flatten each piece of plantain with a flat-bottomed drinking glass. Place skillet back over medium-high heat, add 1 Tbsp. oil and garlic. When hot, add plantain and cook another 5 minutes, turning often.
3Top with salt and lime juice and
serve.
