  • (1) bagel, split and toasted
  • (1 Tbsp.) fat-free cream cheese
  • (1/3) cucumber, thinly sliced
  • (1/3) tomato, finely chopped
  • (1) portobello mushroom, thinly sliced
  • (2 slices) reduced-fat or fat-free Swiss cheese

Toasted bagels topped with cream cheese, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms and melted Swiss.

  1. 1Preheat the broiler. Top each bagel half with cream cheese, cucumber, tomato, mushroom and cheese. Broil 4 minutes to melt cheese and serve.
