  • (3/4 cup) cheddar cheese
  • (1/4 cup) romano cheese
  • (1) egg yolk

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Lightly flour a flat surface and roll dough out with a rolling pin, then knead it until soft.
  3. 3Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet. Press down on each one gently, then sprinkle them with salt.
  4. 4Bake 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy.
