Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
2Combine 1/2 cup sugar, tapioca and allspice in a large bowl. Toss in blackberries and orange juice. Set
aside 15 minutes.
3Meanwhile, combine flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, milk and butter. Add to dry ingredients, stir to combine.
4In baking dish, top blackberries with flour mixture. Bake 20 minutes, top with 1 Tbsp. sugar and bake another 25-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
