Ingredients:
  • (1/2 lb.) lean ground turkey sausage
  • (2 13.8-oz. cans) refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • (1/2 cup) frozen hash browns, thawed
  • (1/2 cup) 2% reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • (1 1/4 cups) egg substitute
  • (1/2 cup) fat-free milk
  • (1/8 tsp.) pepper
  • (2 Tbsp.) grated Parmesan cheese
  • (1 1/2 cups) pizza sauce

Loaded Breakfast Personal Pizzas

Crispy pizza dough topped with sausage, hash browns, eggs and cheese.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
  2. 2Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage, break up in pan and cook 10 minutes or until browned.
  3. 3Meanwhile, lightly flour a flat working surface. Roll out 1 can of dough into a large rectangle, then cut into six 5 in. squares. Repeat with other can of dough, place all on baking sheet.

  4. 4Drain sausage on paper towels. In a small bowl, combine egg substitute, milk and pepper.
  5. 5Top each crust with a layer each of sausage, hash browns, cheese, egg mixture and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  6. 6Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce on the side.
