Instructions
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Combine apples and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg, stir well.
3CAREFULLY separate one phyllo sheet from the rest and lightly spray it with cooking spray. Place another sheet on top of the first. Keep the rest covered with a damp cloth.
4Using a pizza cutter, cut each sheet into four 3 1/4-inch strips, long wise.
5Place one tbsp. of apple mixture onto the end of each strip, about 1/4 inch in from the end.
6Fold the left bottom corner over the mixture, forming a triangle. Keep folding back and forth into a triangle to the end of the strip.
7Place on the baking sheet about an inch apart, with the fold facing down, then lightly spray each one with cooking spray.
8Cook for about seven minutes or until lightly browned, serve.
