  • (1 Tbsp.) butter
  • (10 oz. package) couscous
  • (3 Tbsp.) sugar
  • (1/2 tsp.) cinnamon

  1. 1Drain fruit juice into a measuring cup, set fruit aside. Add water to juice to equal 2 cups total.
  2. 2Follow package directions to prepare couscous, using the butter and fruit juice mixture.
  3. 3Meanwhile, dice up reserved fruit and mix together sugar and cinnamon. Mix both into couscous and serve.
