  • (1/3 cup) frozen raspberries
  • (2 tsp.) honey
  • (1/4 cup) fat-free ricotta cheese
  • (1/2 small) banana, halved lengthwise
  • (1 tsp.) nonfat dry milk
  • (1/2 tsp.) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • (2 tsp.) chopped peanuts

Breakfast Split

Sweet banana halves topped with honey raspberries and peanuts served with creamy ricotta cheese.

  1. 1In a microwaveable dish, combine raspberries and honey. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving one side open. Microwave on High 1 minute, stir, let cool.

  2. 2In a serving dish, surround ricotta with bananas. Top with dry milk, cocoa, raspberries and peanuts. Enjoy!
