  • (2) eggs
  • (1/4 cup) water
  • (2 Tbsp.) oil
  • (1/4 tsp.) salt
  • (1 Tbsp.) sweetener
  • Sugar-free maple syrup

Almond Pancakes

Almond meal replaces traditional flour in these fluffy almond pancakes.

    Instructions

  1. 1Place a medium nonstick pan over medium heat.
  2. 2Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
  3. 3Pour batter into 4 in. circles in skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes on one side, or until browned. Flip, cook another 1-2 minutes. Serve with sugar-free maple syrup.
