Ingredients:
  • (1/4 cup) reduced-fat spreadable cream cheese
  • (1/4 cup) coarsely chopped roasted sweet red pepper
  • (4) flour or spinach tortillas (8 in. diameter)
  • (4) lettuce leaves
  • (4 slices) deli pastrami
  • (4 slices) reduced-fat provolone cheese
  • (1/4 cup) red onion, thinly sliced
  • (1 small) sweet red pepper, julienned
  • (1/2 cup) cucumber, chopped

Salty pastrami and provolone rolled up in tortillas with a roasted red pepper cream cheese and fresh veggies.

    Instructions

  1. 1Process cream cheese and roasted pepper in a food processor until blended. Spread evenly on tortillas.
