    CrossFit facilities are specifically dedicated to this type of intense workout routine and combine gymnastics, sprints, and weightlifting in their routines. If a CrossFit facility is not located within driving distance, most fitness centers and health clubs offer circuit-training equipment and classes that provide an equally effective workout that is performed in approximately 30 minutes.
