  • (1 Tbsp.) prepared horseradish
  • (1/2 tsp.) garlic powder
  • (1/2 tsp.) ground black pepper
  • (2 cups) cooked turkey breast, finely chopped
  • (1/4 cup) scallions, finely chopped
  • (8 slices) rye bread
  • (1) seedless cucumber, very thinly sliced
  • (1) tomato, thinly sliced, optional

Kickin' Turkey Salad Sandwiches

A creamy turkey salad with spicy horseradish and refreshing cucumber slices on rye bread.

  1. 1Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic powder and pepper in a medium bowl. Add turkey and scallions, stir to combine.
  2. 2Top 4 slices of bread evenly with turkey mixture, top with cucumber slices and tomato*, if desired. Sandwich together with remaining bread and serve.
