15 Minutes of Exercise a Day Extends Your Life

Many people who delay the start of a fitness routine feel like they do not have the time necessary to make it worthwhile. In fact, many individuals assume that, since they don’t have an hour, three to five days per week, to dedicate to performing their fitness routine, they might as well avoid exercise all together.

New research from Taiwan is proving this assumption factually incorrect, according to Chi Pang Wen, the lead researcher from the National Health Research Institute in Taiwan.
