The Power 90 fitness program is structured largely as a circuit training workout program. This means that the upper body, lower body and core are targeted in an alternating manner. While these types of results are at the high end of the scale, the program does produce results for virtually all dedicated users. More typical success stories include weight loss results in the 12 to 18 pound range, with 4.0 to 5.5 inches off the waist. However, overall results are dependent upon baseline fitness, adherence to the Power 90 fitness program and dietary considerations.
