  • (1/2 cup) fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • (1/2 cup) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • (1/2 cup) tomato, seeded and finely chopped
  • (2 Tbsp.) green onions, thinly sliced
  • (2 Tbsp.) fresh sage, chopped
  • (1/2 tsp.) kosher salt
  • (16) jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • (2 Tbsp.) fresh cilantro, chopped

Three Cheese Stuffed Peppers

Spicy jalapeño peppers stuffed with a mixture of goat cheese, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese.

  1. 1Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. 2In a large bowl, stir together goat cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, tomato, green onions, sage and salt. Fill each pepper half with 2 tsp. filling.

  3. 3Grill 5 minutes, or until charred. Top with cilantro and serve.
