  • (1/4 cup) fresh basil, chopped
  • (1 tsp.) balsamic vinegar
  • (16 oz. can) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • (7 oz. bottle) roasted red bell peppers, rinsed and drained
  • (1 large cloves) garlic
  • (2 Tbsp.) extravirgin olive oil
  • (1/2 tsp.) salt
  • (1/2 tsp.) freshly ground black pepper

Red Mediterranean Dip

A creamy dip made with white beans, roasted red peppers and garlic.

  1. 1Process basil, vinegar, beans, roasted peppers and garlic in a food processor until smooth. Keep processor running and drizzle in olive oil through top chute.

  2. 2Transfer to serving bowl, add salt and pepper, stir and serve.
