Mexican 7-Layer Dip

  • (16 oz.) refried beans
  • (1 cup) guacamole
  • (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
  • (8 oz.) sour cream
  • (1 oz. package) taco seasoning mix
  • (2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • (1 medium) tomato, chopped
  • (1/4 cup) green onions, chopped
  • (1/4 cup) black olives, drained

Mexican 7-Layer Dip

Creamy refried beans layered with guacamole, shredded cheese, tomatoes and black olives.

  1. 1Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and taco mix in a medium bowl.
  2. 2In a 13x9 in. pan, spread an even layer of refried beans. Top with an even layer each of guacamole, mayonnaise mixture, cheese, tomato, green onions and black olives. Serve with tortilla chips*, enjoy!
