Cheesy Potato Crisps

  • (5 large) russet potatoes
  • (1 tsp.) extra-virgin olive oil
  • (1/2 tsp.) paprika
  • (1/4 tsp.) salt
  • (1/8 tsp.) cayenne pepper
  • (2 Tbsp.) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Cheesy Potato Crisps

Crispy russet potato strips seasoned with paprika, cayenne pepper and Parmesan cheese.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2Use a pairing knife to cut the skin off the potatoes in 1-2 in. wide strips. Add to a large bowl and toss with oil, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. 3Transfer to baking sheet, top with Parmesan cheese and bake 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!
