  • (2 Tbsp.) light Caesar or Italian dressing
  • Black pepper
  • (1/4 tsp.) dill
  • (6 oz.) cooked shrimp (deveined and without tails), or crabmeat
  • (2 cups) whole-wheat blend pasta, cooked and cooled
  • (2) celery heart stalks, finely chopped
  • (2) green onions, finely chopped
  • (1/4 large) sweet red pepper, finely chopped

Tangy Shrimp Pasta Salad

Whole-wheat pasta tossed with shrimp and crunchy vegetables in a creamy Caesar yogurt dressing.

  1. 1In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt and dressing. Add black pepper as needed and dill; set aside.
  2. 2In a large bowl, toss together shrimp or crab, pasta, celery, green onion and red pepper. Add dressing, toss to coat. Serve at room temperature or chilled, enjoy!
