  • (1 Tbsp.) balsamic vinegar
  • (1 tsp.) prepared mustard
  • (1/2 tsp.) salt
  • (2 Tbsp.) olive oil
  • (1 Tbsp.) orange juice
  • (1/8 tsp.) freshly ground black pepper
  • (2) hearts of romaine, torn into bite-size pieces
  • (1 1/2 oz.) feta cheese, crumbled
  • (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • (1/2 cup) walnut halves, toasted and roughly chopped
  • (1/4 cup) unsalted, dry-roasted sunflower seeds
  • (1/4 cup) pine nuts, toasted

Nuts for Greek Salad

A Greek style salad with toasted walnuts and pine nuts, sunflower seeds and feta cheese.

  1. 1In a jar, combine lemon juice, vinegar, mustard and salt, cover and shake until combined. Add oil, orange juice and pepper, cover and shake again.

  2. 2In a large bowl, toss together remaining ingredients and dressing. Serve and enjoy.
