Teriyaki Tofu w/Broccoli

  • (12 oz.) light firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
  • (3) whole green onions, finely chopped
  • (1 tsp.) minced fresh garlic
  • (1 tsp.) minced fresh ginger
  • (1/2 tsp.) extra-virgin olive oil
  • (1/4 tsp.) hot sesame oil
  • (1 cup) chopped fresh broccoli
  • (2 Tbsp.) light teriyaki sauce
  • (1/8 tsp.) red-pepper flakes

Teriyaki Tofu w/Broccoli

An Asian inspired vegetarian dish with tremendous flavor.

  1. 1Spray a wok with cooking spray and heat over high heat.
  2. 2Add tofu, green onions, garlic, ginger, olive oil and sesame oil. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
  3. 3Add the broccoli and cook for another 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4Remove from heat and stir in the teriyaki sauce and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
