Creamy Beef Rolls

  • (1 lb.) ground beef
  • (4 oz. can) green chilies, chopped
  • (8 oz. package) cream cheese, cubed
  • (1/4 tsp.) ground cumin
  • (1/4 tsp.) chili powder
  • (3 8 oz. tubes) refrigerated crescent rolls

Creamy Beef Rolls

Flaky crescent rolls filled with a spiced beef and cream cheese filling and baked until golden.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. 2Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and chilies. Cook until meat is browned, stirring often. Drain.
  3. 3Add cream cheese, cumin and chili powder. Set aside to cool.
  4. 4Separate crescent triangles, top each one with 1 Tbsp. beef on the short side. Roll up and place point side down on baking sheets, leaving 2 inches inbetween each one.

  5. 5Bake 11-14 minutes, or until golden. Serve and enjoy.
