Instructions
1Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 in. baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in baking dish with ribs
facing up.
2Cover and bake 15-20 minutes, uncover and flip. Arrange 3/4 of pineapple around chicken, cover with rum, cover and bake another 15 minutes. Serve with leftover pineapple.
