Asparagus Fish Roll-ups in White Wine Sauce
Fresh asparagus spears rolled into orange roughy fillets and served with a lemon-herb white wine sauce.

Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13x9 in. baking dish with cooking spray.
2Wrap 1 fish fillet around 5 asparagus spears, use a toothpick to hold each one together, place in greased baking dish. Season with salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
3Cover and bake 15 minutes. Uncover, top with onions and bake another 12-15 minutes.
4While cooking, place a small saucepan over High heat. Add wine, lemon juice, cornstarch, basil, thyme and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Bring to a boil, then stir 1-2 minutes to thicken.
5Remove toothpicks, serve bundles with sauce.
