Honey Nut Granola

  • (4 cups) quick cooking rolled oats
  • (1/2 cup) Grape Nuts cereal
  • (1/4 cup) granulated sugar substitute
  • (1 cup) chopped peanuts
  • (1/3 cup) honey
  • (1/2 cup) wheat germ
  • (1/2 cup) raisins

Honey Nut Granola

Fresh, sweet granola that requires little preparation.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread oats in a single layer on baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes.
  2. 2In a large bowl, mix Grape Nuts cereal, sugar substitute, peanuts, and honey.
  3. 3Bake on separate baking sheet for 20 minutes, stirring once.
  4. 4Once out of the oven, stir oats, raisins and wheat germ into the cereal mixture.
  5. 5Refrigerate and enjoy.
