Walking Dumbbell Lunges

Starting Position: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, toes pointing forward. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip, arms hanging straight down by your sides.

  1. 1 Take a large step forward with one leg, bending your knee and keeping your back foot in the same place. Be sure not to extend your front knee past your ankle and keep your back leg bent at the knee.
  2. 2 Repeat step one with the other leg.
  3. 3Repeat this exercise until you have completed all repetitions for the set, alternating legs.
