Starting Position: Begin by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Keep your arms straight, parallel to your sides and your head on the ground.

  1. 1 While keeping your arms by your sides, exhale and lift your pelvis and your knees up towards your chest, slightly past 90 degrees.
  2. 2 At the same time, bring your chin to your chest.
  3. 3 Hold for a 2 second count, then inhale and return to starting position.
  4. 4 Repeat this exercise until you have completed all repetitions for the set.
