Starting Position: Stand with one foot in front of the other, about a foot apart, toes pointing forward.

  1. 1 Clasp your fingers together and reach your arms behind you until you feel the stretch in your chest. You will naturally lean forward slightly during the stretch as you extend your arms.
  2. 2 Hold the stretch for about five seconds, then return to starting position.
  3. 3Repeat this exercise until you have completed all repetitions for the set.
