Which Food has the Highest Amount of Vitamin C per 100 gram Serving?

Many types of foods contain vitamin C. In fact, when most individuals think of foods that are high in vitamin C these think of oranges. While it is true that oranges have a fair amount of vitamin C, there are several foods that are considerably higher in vitamin C.

For example, of the five foods listed in this Question of the Week, the vitamin C levels per a 100 gram serving are: red hot peppers 242.5mg, guavas 228mg, kiwi 93mg, broccoli 89mg, and oranges 59mg.
